SPE Trace develops and applies proprietary analytical formulations (patent pending, US Provisional App. No. 63/930,786) to measure, quantify, and predict how AI models perceive and represent brands. Our engines process data from leading AI platforms — including ChatGPT and Gemini — through original methodologies, proprietary metrics (SA, SRI, TIM, SRG, LPP, IRI), and cross-model consensus algorithms built entirely in-house.

The strategic recommendations delivered are the result of rigorous multi-model analysis. However, they represent data-driven guidance, not guaranteed outcomes. External factors — algorithm updates, market shifts, competitor actions — can influence results independently of our analysis. Final implementation decisions remain the responsibility of the client. We recommend validating all recommendations with your domain expertise and testing changes incrementally.

01. Nature of the Service

SPE Trace is a brand intelligence audit engine that analyzes how AI models, LLMs, and search engines perceive, interpret, and represent your brand across global markets.

SPE Trace does not store your brand's proprietary data.
SPE Trace does not guarantee specific business outcomes from the audit.
SPE Trace provides a data-driven assessment of your brand's algorithmic positioning and perception gaps.

02. Payments & Plans

Access to advanced audit features requires selecting a paid plan.

Stripe Payment Gateway: All payments are processed through Stripe, ensuring PCI-DSS security standards. SPE does not store banking data.

Stateless Identity: Credits are associated with your email (Operator ID). This is the only persistent data required to activate your audit.

Immediate Activation: After completing payment, your audit tier is activated automatically.

Refund Policy: Purchases have a 14-day withdrawal right provided no audit has been initiated. Once the audit process begins, the right of withdrawal is forfeited as the digital content is delivered immediately.

03. Limitation of Liability

Technical LimitationSPE Trace audits algorithmic perception and brand positioning. It does not certify absolute truth, authorship, or legal compliance. The strategic recommendations are advisory in nature.

We are not liable for damages arising from misuse or temporary unavailability of services.

04. Intellectual Property

Capriciousecret S.L. — All content (text, design, software, trademarks) is the property of Capriciousecret S.L.

Total or partial reproduction or transformation without express authorization is prohibited.

05. Prohibited Use

Use of the service for auditing domains you do not own or represent without legitimate business interest is prohibited. SPE reserves the right to block access in cases of abusive or unauthorized automated use.

06. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

07. Governing Law

Subject to Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the consumer's jurisdiction or in Las Palmas, Spain.

09. Data Processing & Transparency

SPE Trace processes exclusively publicly available information. The engine's input is the entity name and its sectoral context. No demographic, private financial, or human resources data is collected or processed.

Bias Destruction: The extraction protocol applies codified rules that eliminate demographic and temporal variables before evaluation. These rules are embedded in the engine and enforced on every execution without exception.

Processing Architecture: The engine operates in two strictly separated layers. The extraction layer obtains structural evaluations from multiple independent sources via third-party AI providers under contract. The calculation layer applies proprietary, deterministic mathematical logic — given the same input, it always produces the same output.

Cross-Verification: Extraction uses cross-verification between independent sources. When sources diverge beyond a calibrated threshold, an independent arbitration mechanism resolves the discrepancy before producing the final result.

Infrastructure Control: The complete infrastructure — source code, database, service credentials, and deployment environment — resides under the exclusive control of the founder and the legal entity (Capriciousecret S.L., Tax ID B70921879). No third-party access exists to production data.

Traceability: Each engine execution generates a complete chain of evidence. The mathematical layer is deterministic and reproducible, enabling audit at any subsequent point in time.

Restricted Access Modes: In institutional engagements, clients may provide confidential data to enrich analysis. Such data is treated under strict isolation and destroyed upon project closure.
